WWW Wednesday is a feature hosted by Sam over at Taking On A World of Words.  My friend, Lori at Palmer’s Page Turners also posts this regularly and I want to give her a shout out too!

Currently Reading

I've been reading Anxious People for a few weeks.  While I am enjoying it, I am having trouble getting into it.  I think it's more about me than the book.  I'm house-hunting and buying in my area feels like a full-time job and is taking up a lot of space in my brain.

I started listening to Caught on Audiobook yesterday and I'm intrigued to see where this story leads.  I started reading This is How I Lied last night before going to bed.

Reading before bed has always been a habit of mine.  I find it helps me relax and put the day behind me.  Sometimes I am better at it than others.  I've found pandemic living to be tiring and sometimes I'm so drained by the day that my books have to wait.

On Deck Are

The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo, The Boys' Club, and High Achiever.  These are all from the library and when Oregon went back into semi-lock down mode, the library extended the due date to March. Yay!  ARCs I plan to read are The Woman Outside My DoorLet her Lie, Hide in Place, A Song for Dark Times, and The Last to See Her.

What are you reading?  Have you set your 2021 reading goal yet?

  1. This Is How I Lied is a good one! I loved Anxious People but it’s definitely a slower pace.

    1. I'm looking forward to reading it, I'll have to check out your review. :) I feel bad for taking so long to read Anxious People, it is good and I like the story. Plus, I must know how it ends.
